The AHD13 91 x 35mm Heavy-Duty Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a robust, high-performance safety profile ideal for heavy-traffic commercial, industrial, and public settings. Engineered to deliver exceptional step-edge protection, this profile combines a wide 91mm tread with a 35mm riser, making it ideal for installations where both safety and visibility are critical.
As part of the trusted Tredsafe Aluminator® range, the AHD13 features a glow-in-the-dark insert that charges from daylight or artificial lighting. In the event of a power failure or emergency, the Aluminator® strip automatically illuminates the stair edge, aiding safe evacuation without the need for power, wiring, or maintenance.
The durable anti-slip Tredsafe insert enhances traction on every step, reducing the risk of slips and falls in high-traffic environments. This profile is supplied pre-drilled through the insert for easy installation, with colour-matched pips included to conceal the screw heads. Undrilled profiles or drilled channels with separate inserts can also be requested. Fixings not included — installers should select suitable methods for the subfloor.

Return Period
· Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery
Condition of Items
· The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival (still in the sealed, clear cello packaging where applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
· The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
· In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt due to limited time frame on delivery insurance.
· Photographic evidence must be sent to office@cayrus.co.uk (1 Photo of any damage item(s) and 1 photo of the packaging), please include your name and order number in the subject line
Special Order Products
· Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
· Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, We MUST be informed by email office@cayrus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods
· The item(s) must NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way (including time in transit)
· If the item(s) is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Goods are in the care of the buyer until they are safely delivered.
· All postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods
