How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed tracking will be added to your order, you will also be send separate email directly from the courier with the tracking details so you are able to track it at any time.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
Order can be modified or cancelled at any time before its completed (tracking made available), after this time please contact us directly on 01249 588599 to check as we may still be able to assist.
Once the order has been passed on to the courier unfortunately we are no longer able to make any changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal

What shipping options do you offer?
We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. Shipping options will depend on the item size you are purchasing. Please refer to the delivery tab located on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Dispatch and Delivery Times
· All orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, on rare occasions some orders may take slightly longer to be processed especially in a peak season
· Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the Courier Company we have used
· Most deliveries are made by a third-party courier company
· Deliveries can be made in a variety of vehicles from Car, Vans to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types. Please advise us at the time of purchase if the delivery address has restricted access or any delivery instructions to help driver to locate your address easily
· In the unlikely event that our couriers fail to deliver within the estimated period Cayrus cannot be held responsible for delays on their part however if your order has not reached you within the expected time frame, please call us to investigate on your behalf
· For any reason you are unable to accept delivery on the specified date, any re-deliveries may be subject to an additional charge
· Click & Collect orders – customers will be contacted to arrange suitable collection date. Collection would be during our opening hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (closed on Saturday and Sunday)

Standard Delivery for items Up to 1.2m
3-5 working days is £3.99 for the first item +£0.40 each additional
however, 90% of all orders are delivered before
Express Delivery for items Up to 1.2m
£9.99 Regardless of the quantity
The estimated time is 1-2 working days. 90% of all express orders are delivered the day after dispatch (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Express Delivery for items over 1.2m
£14.99 Regardless of the quantity
The estimated time is 1-2 working days. 90% of all express orders are delivered the day after dispatch (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Unfortunately as standard we do not offer international postage however please feel free to contact us directly for individual quotes.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns on any items purchased from our websites will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
Return Period
· Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery
Condition of Items
· The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival (still in the sealed, clear cello packaging where applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
· The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
· In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt due to limited time frame on delivery insurance.
· Photographic evidence must be sent to office@cayrus.co.uk (1 Photo of any damage item(s) and 1 photo of the packaging), please include your name and order number in the subject line
Special Order Products
· Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
· Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, We MUST be informed by email office@cayrus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods
· The item(s) must NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way (including time in transit)
· If the item(s) is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Goods are in the care of the buyer until they are safely delivered.
· All postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods

How do I start a return?
For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. For all online orders please email us from your order confirmation.

When can I expect my refund?
Return processing typically takes up to 2 working days from the return being received. Refunds are issued once the return is inspected, we'll send you an email confirming your refund has been processed. If you've waited more than one week with no email from us, please reach out and we will gladly help you out.
How to return faulty or damaged item?
If faulty or damaged item was received please contact us within 24h from delivery. Images of the issue will be required (we do ask for two photos showing the item and issue, in case of damaged items image of the packaging would also be required) those can be emailed to office@cayrus.co.uk
