Installation Instructions:
- Ensure the cover is wide enough to bridge the gap between the two floor coverings.
- Secure the aluminium base using contact adhesive or mechanical fixings (screws or nails).
- Slide the appropriate clips onto the cover strip, placing them 2–3cm from each end and spacing the rest evenly.
- Align the clips with the base and apply even pressure to lock them into the channel.
- Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the cover into its final position.
The truck is designed for a tight fit to ensure the best profile performance.
If you find the clips difficult to push in, try this trick: insert a red clip upside down and gently tap it with a mallet, then remove it. This will slightly widen the slot, making it easier to fit the profile and clips into place.

Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
· In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt due to limited time frame on delivery insurance.
· Photographic evidence must be sent to office@cayrus.co.uk (1 Photo of any damage item(s) and 1 photo of the packaging), please include your name and order number in the subject line
Special Order Products
· Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
· Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, We MUST be informed by email office@cayrus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods
· The item(s) must NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way (including time in transit)
· If the item(s) is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Goods are in the care of the buyer until they are safely delivered.
· All postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods
