The ASL10 85 x 32mm Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a heavy-duty aluminium rakeback profile designed for high-traffic stairways requiring superior slip resistance, visibility, and durability. Featuring a wide 85mm tread, double PVC inserts, and a flush rakeback front, this profile ensures maximum grip and stair-edge protection in both commercial and domestic settings.
As part of the Tredsafe Aluminator® range, this profile includes a glow-in-the-dark photoluminescent insert that charges via daylight or artificial light and activates in darkness or power failures. This system helps evacuees locate stair edges and risers in emergencies, supporting safer egress — without requiring wiring, electricity, or ongoing maintenance.
The durable, non-slip PVC inserts are available in a wide array of colours for enhanced visibility or to complement interior finishes. Ideal for use on surfaces such as concrete, timber, vinyl, tile, steel, and checker plate, the ASL10 is a smart choice for schools, transport facilities, hospitals, and high-rise residential projects.
Supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with colour-matched pips to conceal fixings. Undrilled and channel-only configurations with separately supplied inserts are available on request. Fixings not included.

Return Period
· Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery
Condition of Items
· The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival (still in the sealed, clear cello packaging where applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
· The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
· In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt due to limited time frame on delivery insurance.
· Photographic evidence must be sent to office@cayrus.co.uk (1 Photo of any damage item(s) and 1 photo of the packaging), please include your name and order number in the subject line
Special Order Products
· Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
· Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, We MUST be informed by email office@cayrus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods
· The item(s) must NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way (including time in transit)
· If the item(s) is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Goods are in the care of the buyer until they are safely delivered.
· All postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods
