The AHD12 93 x 32mm Non-Slip Tredsafe Stair Nosing is a robust safety profile designed for use in commercial, public, and high-traffic environments. With a wide 93mm tread and 32mm riser, it provides reliable step-edge protection while significantly improving grip and visibility on stairways.
Part of the advanced Tredsafe Aluminator® range, this profile features a glow-in-the-dark insert that absorbs light from natural or artificial sources and automatically illuminates in low-light conditions or power failures. This photoluminescent feature enhances step visibility, helping occupants safely identify stair edges during emergencies—without any need for power, wiring, or ongoing maintenance.
Manufactured from mill finish aluminium with a durable anti-slip Tredsafe insert, this stair nosing is supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with matching insert pips to conceal screw heads. Custom supply options such as undrilled profiles or drilled channels with separately supplied inserts are available on request. Fixings are not included—installer must use appropriate methods based on the subfloor or adhesive.

Return Period
· Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery
Condition of Items
· The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival (still in the sealed, clear cello packaging where applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
· The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
· In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt due to limited time frame on delivery insurance.
· Photographic evidence must be sent to office@cayrus.co.uk (1 Photo of any damage item(s) and 1 photo of the packaging), please include your name and order number in the subject line
Special Order Products
· Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
· Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, We MUST be informed by email office@cayrus.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods
· The item(s) must NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way (including time in transit)
· If the item(s) is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Goods are in the care of the buyer until they are safely delivered.
· All postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods
