Returns on any items purchased from our auctions will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
a. Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery
b. The item(s) must be unopened in pristine condition as on arrival
c. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
d. In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage must be sent to our office email found in the Contact Details box on this page. There is a limited time frame on delivery insurance.
e. Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage , in any other case will not be accepted for return
f. Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods
